What we read from ANZ statements

Every transaction

Date, description, debit, credit and running balance, in the order printed.

Several accounts

A statement that covers more than one account gets a section per account, each checked on its own.

Scanned pages

Pages without a text layer are read from the page image.

Balance check

Opening balance plus credits minus debits must equal the closing balance, to the cent.

ANZ statement FAQ

What if ANZ lets me download a CSV?

Then you already have a spreadsheet. RapidStatements is for the PDF statements — useful for older months, or when the PDF is all you have.

What if the balance doesn't add up?

We show the difference and the rows to check. A conversion that fails uses no pages.

Is RapidStatements affiliated with ANZ?

No. We're an independent tool that reads the PDF statements you download yourself.
